Request a quoteDifferent clients, the same discipline
From a developer furnishing two hundred apartments to a household with a van-load of flat-pack, every job is planned, quoted and delivered the same careful way.
Property developers
Furnishing a completed scheme is the last task on the programme and the first thing a buyer sees. Late furniture, damaged corridors and inconsistent finishing put completion dates and first impressions at risk.
How we helpFurniture suppliers & manufacturers
Your product is only as good as its last mile. Third-party couriers who drop boxes at the kerb undo the quality you've built, and installation capacity is hard to scale for project peaks.
How we helpOffices & commercial occupiers
A refit or relocation competes with the day job. Every day the office is a building site costs productivity, and coordinating suppliers, deliveries and installers eats the time of whoever drew the short straw.
How we helpEstate agents & property managers
Void periods are expensive and turnarounds are unforgiving. Between tenancies you need furniture out, furniture in, and the property back on the market, without chasing three different trades.
How we helpBuild-to-rent & student accommodation
Hundreds of identical units, hard opening dates and buildings that are occupied the moment they're finished. Furniture installation at this scale is a logistics problem before it's a furniture problem.
How we helpResidential customers
New furniture arriving, old furniture leaving, a move on the horizon, and a weekend you'd rather not spend wrestling flat-pack or waiting for a van that may or may not come.
How we helpThe manifest
Every project runs through the same disciplined sequence. The detail flexes with scope (a single flat-pack booking doesn't need a site survey), but nothing gets skipped that the project needs.
Tell us about the project
Items, units, spaces, dates and anything unusual about access. A quick call or the quote form is enough to start.
Survey and plan
We check what the job really involves, on site where the project warrants it, and agree a plan and a clear quote.
Coordinate delivery
Deliveries are scheduled with suppliers, site teams or building management so everything arrives in the right order.
Install or remove
The crew delivers, assembles, installs or clears to the agreed plan, protecting the building as they go.
Inspect and hand over
Work checked against the plan, snags resolved, packaging cleared, and the space handed over ready to use.
Furniture logistics, simplified
Delivery, assembly, installation and removal are usually four different phone calls. We make them one programme, run by one accountable team.
Based in Manchester. Working across the United Kingdom. Insurance and operative certification details are available on request with your quote.

What leaves the building matters too
Furniture with life left in it shouldn't end up in a skip. When FurniFlow clears a space, serviceable items are separated for reuse, materials go into recycling streams, and disposal is the last resort rather than the default.
We don’t publish recovery rates or credentials we can’t evidence. Ask how your items will be handled and you’ll get a straight answer.
- Reuse first: serviceable items get a second life
- Recycling: materials sorted, not skipped
- Disposal: only when nothing else is practical
