Who we are

What we collect, and why

When you submit the quote form we collect the details you provide: name, contact details, company, project location and description, and any file you attach. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and, for the consent checkbox itself, your consent.

Marketing contact is separate, optional and unticked by default. If you opt in, we may occasionally email you about relevant services; you can withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us, and withdrawal has no effect on your enquiry.

If you telephone or email us directly, we use those details to deal with your enquiry.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell personal information.
  • We don’t load advertising or tracking scripts.
  • We don’t run analytics without consent: no analytics run at all unless they are enabled and you accept them via the consent banner. See the cookie policy.
  • We don’t collect more than the enquiry needs.

Where enquiry data goes

Form submissions are delivered to our enquiry handling system.
