Commercial spaces designed to work, and fitted out to perform.

FurniFlow takes commercial interiors from plan to working space: furniture layouts, delivery scheduling, assembly, installation and responsible removal of what you no longer need, coordinated as one programme. Design and procurement support can be provided subject to project scope.

  • Workstations ×16: installed to layout
  • Meeting: fitted to plan
  • Breakout: ready for use

Everything between the plan and the handover

Where responsibility sits with others (designers, suppliers, building management), we coordinate rather than duplicate. We don't provide regulated architectural, engineering or principal-contractor services.

Brief and requirements

We start with how the space needs to work: teams, workstation numbers, meeting and collaboration needs, storage and timescales.

Site survey

A pre-installation survey can be arranged to check access, lifts, loading and any constraints that affect sequencing, subject to project scope.

Space planning and furniture layouts

We can support space planning and furniture layout decisions, working with your designer's drawings or helping you settle a practical layout.

Specification and procurement coordination

Where you are buying new furniture, we can coordinate with your suppliers on specification, lead times and delivery scheduling.

Delivery, assembly and installation

Deliveries sequenced to suit the building, furniture assembled and installed to layout: workstations, meeting rooms, breakout, reception and storage areas.

Reconfiguration and existing-furniture audits

We can audit what you already own, reuse what still works, reconfigure layouts and remove the rest responsibly.

Snagging and handover

A final inspection against the layout, snags resolved, packaging cleared, and the space handed over ready for business.

The projects this service is built for

Office refits

Refreshing an occupied office floor by floor, or over weekends, without stopping the business.

New floors and expansions

Furnishing newly leased space so teams can move straight in.

Relocations

Moving a business between buildings with furniture reinstalled and working from day one.

Consolidations and reconfigurations

Re-planning existing furniture around new ways of working, keeping what earns its place.

Furnishing space to let, from marketing suites to fully fitted floors.

Amenity and shared space

Receptions, breakout, dining and collaboration areas fitted ready for use.

What a well-run fit-out buys the business

Sequenced, phased and out-of-hours working (subject to project scope) keeps the disruption off your team's calendar.

That’s the point of a coordinated programme: the fit-out happens around the business, not instead of it.

One accountable programme

Suppliers, deliveries, assembly and removal coordinated by one team, so nothing falls between contractors.

A space that matches the plan

Installation is checked against the layout, snags are cleared, and handover means finished rather than nearly finished.

Less waste on the way out

Existing furniture is audited for reuse before anything is removed, and removal prioritises reuse and recycling.

Six stages, one programme

Discovery, survey, plan, coordinate, fit out, handover. The depth of each stage flexes with the project: a single meeting room doesn't need the programme a whole floor does.

  1. Discovery

Tell us about the space, headcount, timescales and what you're trying to achieve.

  2. Survey

We assess access, constraints and existing furniture, on site where the project warrants it.

  3. Plan

Layouts, quantities and a sequenced programme agreed before anything is booked.

  4. Coordinate

Deliveries scheduled with suppliers and building management to suit the site.

  5. Fit out

Assembly and installation to layout, area by area, with daily tidy-downs.

  6. Handover

Inspection, snagging, packaging cleared and the space signed off ready to occupy.

Commercial fit-out questions

Do you design offices?

We can support space planning and furniture layouts, and we work comfortably from your designer's or architect's drawings. We don't provide regulated architectural or engineering services; our job is making the plan physically happen.

Can you work outside business hours?

Out-of-hours and phased working can often be arranged, subject to project scope and building access. Tell us your constraints when you request a quote and we'll plan around them.

Can you deal with our existing furniture?

Yes. We can audit existing furniture, reuse and reconfigure what still serves you, and remove the remainder with reuse and recycling prioritised over disposal.

Do you supply the furniture?

We can coordinate procurement with your chosen suppliers, subject to project scope. Where suppliers are already appointed, we schedule deliveries with them directly so everything arrives in the right order.

Request a fit-out quote

The more of this you can share, the faster and more accurate the quote, but a rough outline is enough to start.

  • Location and building
  • Space type and approximate size
  • Workstation count
  • Services you need from us
  • Target dates
  • Whether the space is occupied
  • Budget (optional)
  • Plans or photos (optional)
Request a fit-out quote

Free, no-obligation, and reviewed by the team who would run the project.
